Fully welded ball valves are widely used in various fields. Its superior quality and high performance stability are beyond the reach of ordinary cast steel ball valves, and its service life is far greater than cast steel ball valves. Fully welded ball valves are widely used in urban gas, urban heating, petrochemical, shipbuilding, steel, pressure regulating stations, power plant and other pipeline equipment.

Structural characteristics of fully welded ball valve

1. Fully welded ball valves have an advanced valve seat

Valve seats designed with years of experience in ball valve manufacturing, low coefficient of friction, small operating torque, a variety of valve seat material, and a wide range of adaptation.

2. Stem anti-blow out  structure of fully welded ball valve

Set a step at the lower part of the valve stem, and install the valve stem from the inside of the valve body to prevent the valve stem from flying out.

3. The anti-static function of fully welded ball valve

An anti-static spring is provided between the ball and the valve body or valve stem to discharge the static electricity generated during the switching process.

4. Refractory structure of fully welded ball valve

Advanced fire-resistant design. After the fire, each leakage part is designed as flexible graphite packing or stainless steel with graphite to meet the fire resistance requirements.

5. Fully welded ball valve with operating handle

The flat-end valve stem is used, and the connection with the handle will not be misaligned, thus ensuring that the switch state indicated by the handle is consistent with the valve.

In order to prevent the valve switch from being erroneously operated, lock holes are provided in the fully open and fully closed positions of the switch to ensure that the valve is in the correct position.

6. The advanced support plate structure

Fully welded ball valve adopts the most advanced support plate structure at home and abroad, which improves the service life of the valve, reduces the operating torque of the valve, and greatly extends the service life of the valve.
