1. Valve body
It is directly connected to the pipeline (or machinery and equipment) and forms the part of the medium flow channel.
2. Valve cover
The main part of the pressure chamber is connected with the valve body and with the valve body (or through other parts, such as the diaphragm, etc.).
3. Opening and closing parts
A general name for a part used to cut off or regulate the flow of media, such as a gate in a gate valve, a disc in a throttle valve, and so on.
4. Disc
Opening and closing parts in valves such as globe valves, throttle valves, check valves, etc.
5. Valve seat
It is installed on the valve body and forms a sealed part with the opening and closing parts.
6. Sealing surface
The opening and closing parts are in close contact with the valve seat (valve body) and serve as two contact surfaces for sealing.
7. Valve stem
The main part that transmits the opening and closing force to the opening and closing member.
8. Stem nut
The parts that form the motion pair with the valve stem threads.
9. Stuffing box
A structure that fills the bonnet (or valve body) with packing to prevent the medium from leaking from the valve stem.
10. Stuffing box
Fill the parts to prevent the medium from leaking from the valve stem.
11. Packing gland
Used to compact the packing to achieve a sealed part.
12. Filler
Pack in stuffing box (or stuffing box) to prevent packing from leaking at the media double valve stem.
13. Stuffing pad
Parts that support the packing and keep the packing sealed.
14. Support
Parts on the valve cover or valve body to support the stem nut and the transmission mechanism.
15.Impact handwheel
Handwheel structure utilizing impact force to reduce valve operating force.
